Reporting to the Finance Controller, this role involves multifaceted responsibilities including timely and accurate management reporting, overseeing the month-end process, and effective communication of forecasts. Financial analysis responsibilities encompass detailed financial analysis, advanced modeling, and providing insights for strategic evaluations. Business planning involves supporting SEA business in budgeting and strategic planning. Business interaction includes active participation in key meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for markets assigned, and maintaining routine communication with Country leaders. Controlling responsibilities include ensuring timely financial reporting, collaborating on inventory-related tasks, leading the capital closeout process, and providing guidance to the shared services centre for compliance. Ad-hoc duties involve special projects to improve efficiencies and cross-training for backup purposes. The ideal candidate is one who is resilient, independent and highly resourceful.
Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and financial planning and analysis.
