Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Functional Management Specialist ! ! Job Description: Support the centralization of the division's admin function such as workforce and workspace management, office admin, staff welfare, system user access, etc. Support senior management reporting by tracking and consolidating reports. Support specialised division tasks required under the AML/CFT program for the bank (such as Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment, MAS Data Collection, Group name screening, etc) Maintain various division registers such as internal watchlists, exit registers, etc. Maintain and update division intranet, shared folder access. Support the division's annual budget & operational plan exercise and ensure the division adhere to its approved budget for the financial year. Support the Operational Risk Management work of the department. Support the head of department in management of personnel matters such as KPIs setting & monitoring, headcount tracking and employee engagement. Managing schedules, meeting coordination, IT equipment, access cards Participate in projects and initiatives. Qualifications • A university degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance, Banking or Law or related discipline with at least 5 years' experience in business management • Broad knowledge of business, products and operations • Ability to engage senior management and collaborate with various stakeholders. • Independent in managing work tasks to accomplish business objectives within tight deadlines. • Ability to handle varied work tasks of different nature and work pressure. • Receptive to changes and new tasks. • Good written and oral communication skills • Meticulous, systematic and organised
