VP, Credit Risk

Our client is an established bank and currently they are seeking a VP, Credit Risk to join the team. Responsibilities As a successful hirer, you will be instrumental in managing credit risks across various sectors and industries. Your role involves evaluating, monitoring, and mitigating credit risks associated with the bank's lending activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess creditworthiness, analyse financial statements, and identify potential risks and opportunities within the portfolio. Requirements To qualify for this position, you should have a relevant degree and with 8-12 years of credit risk management within corporate banking or financial institutions. Demonstrated expertise in assessing credit risk across various sectors and industries, coupled with strong leadership abilities, is essential. Excellent analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and communication abilities are also necessary for success in this role.
