Responsibilities The Associate Director, Execution is pivotal in driving the growth and maintaining the quality of the Bank's Commercial Credit portfolio. They handle financial solutions for clients, engaging in risk analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation alongside the Origination Team. The successful hirer is responsible for maintaining portfolio quality, overseeing credit authorization implementation, and safeguarding the Bank's assets. Furthermore, direct client interaction and collaboration with Global Risk Management are key aspects of the role. Requirements You should have a minimum Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, financial analysis, lending policies, economic trends, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
