Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Retail fund manager accounting operations MAS Quarterly/Annual Regulatory Reporting MAS Surveys/Questionnaires Housekeeping of Own Investment Budgeting Cash Management Statutory and Internal Audits ISAE 3402 Audit Transfer Pricing Review Tax Audit Reporting Maintain Limits and Authority Corporate Secretariat functions Housekeeping of Contracts/Agreements Board Resolutions AGM and ACRA reporting, maintenance of ACRA records Main List of All Counterparties, including Introducers and Distributors Computation/Disbursement of Distributor/Introducer fees Computation and Collection of Management Fee Support to Operations as required occasionally, e.g. Trade Settlement Your profile You should have a degree in Accountancy or equivalent, or any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant capacity.
