Responsibilities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of various product types and collaborate with traders, strategists, and other operations professionals. Resolve data exceptions proactively, investigating and fixing complex issues that involve multiple teams and vendors. Collaborate with business partners to analyze and implement solutions for new business reference data needs. Work with a global team of product experts to address comprehensive reference data problems that involve multiple stakeholders and divisions. Cultivate strong relationships with critical vendors to improve data controls and ensure the highest quality product. Identify and implement process improvements globally to enhance the entire data governance process. Collaborate with senior technologists and project managers on key initiatives that shape the reference data support model used in the financial industry. Requirements: 2-4 years of data-related regional project experience in an enterprise setting Strong understanding of at least 1 financial product, including equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, derivatives, etc. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to internal clients with varying levels of product knowledge. Proactive and self-motivated team player Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SQL/ Python knowledge is a plus.
