Responsibilities: Provide L3 Technical support for the day-to-day service delivery, escalation, problem-solving and implementation tasks. Design, Build and Improve SCCM & Intune Infrastructure. Strong Powershell scripting skills. Support of multiple technologies associated with the desktop infrastructure, to agreed service levels. These areas include Windows 10, build, deployment and support activities. Manage and Maintain end user devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT systems experience. Familiar managing Windows 10/11 OS and Azure Administration. Deployment of task sequence builds/ packages using MECM. Familiar with managing Desktop and Mobile Devices using SCCM, Intune and Autopilot. Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging. Deployment of task sequence builds /packages using MECM. End-user device builds on tablets, laptops and smartphones, drivers and firmware deployment. Powershell or any automation would be good to have.
