Responsibilities: Manage the complete project lifecycle for launching new PM Teams into production. Design research and trading solutions that meet firm standards. Educate PM teams on operating procedures and technology integration. Lead new strategy rollout projects internally with various departments and externally with brokers, exchanges, and vendors. Provide day-to-day support for operational procedures such as broker data management, compliance monitoring, and trading. Manage negotiations with external counterparties, manage relationships with research vendors, and oversee trading relationships. Requirements Ideally software development and strong project management skills, with experience in the financial services industry. A degree in finance, statistics, math, engineering, or computer science is strongly desired, along with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong interpersonal skills, time management skills, and a team attitude are essential. Proficiency in Python and SQL, knowledge of Linux/Unix scripting (Perl, bash, etc.), and additional experience in database design is a plus. Familiarity with server and storage hardware standards is preferred. Specific experience in systematic trading is highly preferred. Knowledge of digital currency exchanges, liquidity providers, derivative financial products, and business operations is a plus.
