In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Central management of key metrics reporting for Treasury and Market Operations. Provide controls and processes oversight for Treasury and Market Operations through catch-all monitoring controls. Execution of time-triggered processes such as semi/ annual reviews, attestations, etc. to support the department's adherence to the requirements in related policies and standards. Acquire a robust understanding of the Dealer Metric Workflow Tool ("DMWT") which is used for trade surveillance on Treasury & Markets ("T&M") behavior and exceptions. Provide location oversight, support, standardization to the Spokes entities under Treasury and Market Operations. Rethink, redesign and streamline key controls in response to changing risk landscape. Ability to analyze risk trends and root causes of risk issues, work with process owners to develop robust action plans to remediate and mitigate such risks. Ability to use data to manage operation risks. Identifying and establishing leading indicators to pre-empt risks through early warning mechanisms. To collaborate and interact with Risk Managers across other Operations and Business Units, in driving bank-wide risk management initiatives and reviews. Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification. Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge or work experience on Treasury & Markets Products and end-to-end Ops processes throughout a trade life cycle. Strong analytical skills and have a problem-solving mindset; able to think out-of-the-box with a good risk and control mindset to identify & challenge risk gaps and recommend effective solutions or remediation plans. Familiar with Bank's Treasury systems: Murex, Front Arena, TZ, TRAX etc. Relevant work experience in risk management, exposure to risk & control process and cross-departmental collaboration will be an advantage. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Effective written and verbal communicator, team player and proactive. Self-starter; able to multi-task and work under pressure. Good stakeholder management skills. Confident to discuss risk matters with impacted stakeholders.
