T he RoleReporting to the Fund Controller, you will be managing the fund(s) and be responsible for the review of fund accounting, financial and management accounting performed by outsourced services providers; work with tax agent on tax compliance matters, cash management, fund administration and corporate governance and assist in streamlining of process and participate in a-hoc projects. Your ProfileYou should be a qualified accountant with at least 6 years relevant experience in the real estate sector. You should be a self-starter and able to think critically. Ability to function independently, solve problems and good stakeholder management are critical to succeed in this role.
