Requirements * Degree qualified with minimum 5 years of Singapore Tax experience * Relevant experience in corporate tax compliance and/or advisory within Financial Services, Family Office or Real Estate industry * Savvy with technology, has a keen interest in driving improvement / automation to increase efficiency * Desired traits: Proactive, willing to try new things, adaptable to changes, team player, positive learning attitude Job Scope * Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance by preparing/ reviewing tax returns and be a key point of contact liaison with external clients and relevant stakeholders * Lead and oversee comprehensive tax advisory assignments and partnering closely with Tax Deals and Structuring teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to optimize tax efficiencies and integrating tax considerations seamlessly into broader business initiatives. * Develop and implement innovative tax strategies tailored to clients' specific business needs, leveraging your expertise to provide insightful solutions. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality deliverables. * Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations, analyzing their impact on our clients' businesses and proactively advising on potential risks and opportunities, including tax incentives. * Serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, building lasting relationships based on integrity, expertise, and exceptional service delivery. * Opportunities to support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for service expansion, cultivating leads, and participating in client presentations and proposal discussions. * Display a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
