The Company Our client, a company in the education management industry, is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their dynamic team. The RoleThe role undertakes a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth financial operations of the organization. This includes managing the Finance mailbox, issuing various invoices, preparing load files for the upload of invoices, issuing credit notes as necessary, and posting daily receipts. Beyond these tasks, you handle monthly Giro payments, process AR-related refunds, address outstanding balances and facilitate timely collections. Other duties include preparing month-end AR aging reports for group reporting and liaising with intercompany parties by issuing invoices and confirmations. Your Profile You should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of experience in performing accounts receivable or credit control tasks. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors.
