This is a Credit Portfolio role within SPDA located in SNG. The role is required to support the growing business in the areas of credit and portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess strong credit analysis skills with structured finance experience. Expsosure to leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund financing and/or securitisation would be an advantage. The primary responsibility is to manage the ongoing credit monitoring and review process of a portfolio of accounts following financial close and first drawdown. Job Responsibilities: To monitor and handle all credit-related matters for portfolio of accounts assigned including annual reviews, other adhoc reviews, waiver/amendment requests and on-going portfolio monitoring including financial accounts, covenants, collaterals etc. To be fully conversant with the Bank's credit procedures to ensure obligor gradings are accurate and appropriate Undertake portfolio sensitivity analysis from time to time Distill complex issues, analyse cashflows and financial models and translate to meaningful, indepth credit analysis and recommendations Review loan documentation and terms sheet to ensure credit approved terms are as per documented Interface with front office/marketing teams, credit department and internal/external auditors Support the ongoing KYC periodic reviews for portfolio of accounts Job Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in a finance-related field Min. of 5-7 years' credit risk experience with Structured Finance, Corporate Banking or Credit Risk environment within a Bank or Financial Institution Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements Good working knowlege of loan and security documentation Advance skills in Excel and financial modelling Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time Team player and flexibility in work hours Self motivated
