- Address customer needs in a professional and timely manner to ensure that the vehicle turnaround time aligns with established guidelines.
- Perform quality checks and offer expert recommendations for necessary repairs, body and paint work, or servicing, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards and guidelines.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in the workshop, emphasizing efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a secure working environment for all staff and visitors.
- Support the Immediate Superior in handling initial levels of complaint cases, including meeting with customers, generating and assisting in inventory management, backorders, and overseeing tools and workshop equipment.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
- Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
- Class 3 license is a MUST
