About the role
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Finance department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
What you will be doing
- Handle Bank reconciliation
- Assist to prepare GST Return which included checking on GST Input Tax and GST output Tax
- Handle MES reporting for MES customers, ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting
- Create Restricted Priority Payment Template in HSBCNET
- Apply Banker Guarantee in HSBCNET
- Update daily Treasury Position in Arris and assist in cash flow forecast
- Monthly accrual Journal posting in Sun Systems
- Handle BLSA (TSL)’s Defer Tax computation and Tax proof in May and Dec.
- Prepare BLSA yearly Tax schedule to Tax Agent for filing of Corp tax Form C
- Assist creation of new supplier code in Sun Systems.
- Ad-hoc to raise DN for re-charge staff costs /Expenses
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
The successful candidate
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- 1 year working experience, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Computer literate, good in Ms Excel
- Hand-on experience in accounting software
- Preferably have some GST knowledge, training will be provided on GST and Defer Tax
- Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Team worker and work well in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
