Secretary, Sales & Marketing
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
- Perform all administrative duties
- Manage the schedule of the Commercial General Manager
- Handles all documentation to be sent to clients
- Handles all incoming telephone enquiries effectively
- Assists with Opera inputs
- Facilitating month end reports (Forecasting, P&L & Accrual Reports)
- To make sound decisions within parameters (eg. Extend late check outs, arrange VIP treatments, etc.)
- Generate reports as and when required
- Assist with any other sales support projects & duties as requested
- Maintain stationery, brochures, sales kits and all store items to an agreed par stock
- Assist other managers in the absence of other administrators
- Handle all incoming telephone enquiries in a pleasant, eager and effective manner
- Manage the inventories of all sales & marketing collateral, corporate gifts and other supplies as assigned by the Commercial General Manager
- Assist with other Sales & Marketing support projects and duties as requested
- Assist others within the Sales, Marketing, Catering/Conference Services areas as requested by the Commercial General Manager
