Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Legal Division on all legal matters and issues
- Handle conveyancing matters, retails and corporate mortgage and redemption matters
- Assist in drafting and reviewing the standard template, legal document, forms and correspondences
- Review letter of offer, revision letters, guarantees, bonds, SBLD, service agreements and contracts, promotion terms and conditions
- Conduct legal research, analyse legal questions and issues and provide legal updates to the related Department
- Provide legal advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters
- Assist in drafting legal opinion on all legal matters and cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent law qualification.
- At least 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in a Bank or a law firm.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
