Working Location: Jurong Point, Nex
Working Hours: 6 days (Rotating Shifts)
Salary Package: $2200 onwards + OT
Duration: Permanent Role (Full Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations
- Arrange and display merchandise items and products on the shelves and chillers to promote sales
- Checking inventory levels and placing orders for stocks
- Replenish display chillers with fresh food toppings
- Monitor expiry dates and shelf life of small portion of side dishes
- Replenish and refill of fresh hot snacks in glass display
- Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handle various type of payments and perform packing for customer purchases
- Open and close cash registers, perform tasks such as counting money, balancing cash register and making bank deposits
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Compute sales prices and purchases and process cash or credit payments
- Maintain records related to sales and prepare simple daily report
- Ensure compliance with all food & hygiene safety standards in the store
- Perform daily cleaning of the store shelves, counters and tables
- Maintain the brand image of the store
- Answer queries from customers with good product knowledge and assist in making recommendations in accordance with customers’ wants and needs
- Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times
- Assist with stock check
- Manage orders on Grab Food delivery app
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required
Pre-requisite:
- Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Prior working experience in the retail or F&B industry is an added advantage
- Able to commence immediate or within a short notice period preferably
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
