Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
Duration of Work: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Work Days & Hours: Mon- Fri (8.30 am - 6 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Calling and receiving call from internal and external teams on the enquiry of the services as well as checking with customer on the feedback.
- The team size that they need to liaise wise will be less than 100.
- Handle call in from customer and partner on service delivery enquiries
- Handle email and keep customers are updated on the timeline and progress of implementation on the enquires.
- Assist the team to study Post Mortem on problematic provisioning cases to review and improve on the provisioning processes with stakeholder and products.
- To manage customer relationship during the service delivery/ projects through strong governance
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels through seeking customer for feedback and areas of improvement
- Assist to perform and manage escalated cases for all customer experience issues.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min A level/Diploma
- Added advantage if your portfolio was from telco related, building management and customer relationship management engineering background
