Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and deliver orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Set up and replenish dining tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist in food preparation, handling, and serving when required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to customers.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or the food service industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
