Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage the work pass application process for new hires and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Onboard new employees, facilitating orientation and providing necessary training.
- Handle inbound and outbound employee movements, coordinating documentation and compliance.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to benefits packages.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processes and liaise with finance for payroll-related matters.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing relevant documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR-related information with discretion.
Requirements :
- At least Diploma / Degree in relevant field or equivalent
- Min 5 years experiences will be advantage
