Responsibilities
- Origination and execution of DCM transactions
- keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions
- preparing market updates, clients pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation
- assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment
- working together with DCM syndicate, FI system and other internal/external stakeholders
- other tasks assigned by the department head​
Qualification
- Degree in business, banking or finance
- 1-2 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution
- knowledge of lending and credit analysis
- highly motivated team player and a quick learner
- excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- CMFAS representative license in corporate finance advisory/dealing in capital markets products (securities) preferred
- interest in capital markets products/services preferred
- knowledge in bloomberg
