Site Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Prepare quantities take-off
Source for and obtain quotations from suppliers / sub-contractors
Prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
Provide the best cost estimates
Ensure meticulous assessment of costs/ schedule of all project activities
Support VO and progress claims, contracts administration, and documentation for the project teams
Requirements
Degree /Diploma (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Construction Management
Minimum 2 years experience in building services
Familiar with SIA Contract and making claims
Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
