Job Descriptions:
- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
- To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
- Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
- Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
- Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse
- Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service
- Minimum degree in any discipline
- Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and possess positive attitude
- Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment
- Training provided
