- Management of project and maintenance activities/ budgets throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals
- Oversell all facilities planning and operations (maintenance, modification, space allocation etc)
- Approval of all work request for maintenance and modifications activities in the plant
- Ensure that the relevant maintenance strategies and best practices are applied to maintenance/ modifications in the plant
- Ensure that plant and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety to avoid accidents
- Investigate and correct all hazardous occurrences and accidents
- Ensure that maintenance are carried out in accordance with company's HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices.
- Works with counterparts on technology transfer to increase maintenance performance standards
- Provide training to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills to carry out their work efficiently
- Assessment and review of in-house contractors performance and contract
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in related discipline
- Have experience in Chemical Industry as Manager or Assistant Manager
- Knowledge in high voltage power supply/MCC, control panel and/or DCS design and system would be an advantage
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am – 4:30pm
- Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
- Salary: Up to $9500
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
