- Ensure the prompt and accurate processing of Treaty Statements of Accounts received from Brokers/Cedants
- Manage Treaty Technical accounts, both Inwards and Outwards:
- For Prop Treaty: Verify and record SOA, Estimates Premium, Profit Commission, Sliding Scale Commission, and Cash Calls. Maintain records of Outstanding Loss Reserves. Follow up on Cash Calls refunds.
- For Non-Prop Treaty: Verify and record MDP, Estimates Premium, Premium Adjustment, and Reinstatement Premium.
- Supervise Premium and Claims collection/payment processes.
- Monitor aging balances for brokers/cedants and ensure timely resolution.
- Allocate receipts and payments accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with underwriters on policy terms when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of related experience in Reinsurance or Non-Life General Insurance Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
