**Job Responsibilities:**
- Support team leaders by managing daily operations and maintenance for the Singapore based IT applications, ensuring adherence to established change control procedures.
- Contribute actively as a member of the Application team, engaging in creative problem-solving and cooperation with peers.
- Provide L2 and L3 support to users across front, middle, and back office functions.
- Document and report production issues (PRD incidents) to the leads, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them and escalating to higher management when necessary.
- Enhance the stability of the production environment by refining current processes and controls as needed.
- Implement system and application updates through project work, following the project lifecycle from start to finish.
- Uphold a high standard for documentation, managing and versioning records for all system updates, regardless of project type/size.
- Exhibit adaptability in diagnosing problems and offering alternative solutions.
- Work with project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of BAU and project tasks.
- Anticipate potential problems, proactively informing management and proposing viable solutions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential data, such as financial and customer information, in compliance with the bank's data security guidelines.
**Job Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of five years' experience in IT application support, preferably within a banking environment.
- Proficient in English and Japanese with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and teamwork.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to simplify complex issues for understanding.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
