Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Executive to manage social media brand accounts for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage with our followers, and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, be up to date with the latest trends and best practices and possess excellent communication and creative skills.


Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels and ensure all content is timely, relevant, and engaging.

- Create and publish content across all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and copy.

- Monitor and engage with the audience on all social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyse social media metrics and develop reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and make recommendations for new and innovative ways to engage with our audience.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a company, preferably in the B2C space.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.

Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
