Our client is a company in Heavy Equipment industry Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to join their Marketing Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Duties of Marketing Admin Assistant:
- Complete marketing-related paperwork including internal forms.
- Manage visitor and client interactions.
- Handle clerical tasks like printing, mailing, and meeting scheduling.
- Initiate purchase orders and broker commissions processing.
- Support Marketing Manager and Executives in proposal drafting and contracts.
- Perform additional tasks as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related studies
- Entry level are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
