- I am supporting my client from the FMCG (Pet food supplies) space and they are hiring an ambitious individual to join the eCommerce Team. This individual will role is to deliver excellent execution of the strategy and smooth operations to ensure good end to end online shopping experience for the pet parents, leading to achievement of business objective.
- Location: CBD
- Mon - Fri: 9am to 6pm
- Salary: Up to $3500
- 12 months contract
The Talent
- Min Diploma in Business or Equivalent
- Min 1 year of ecommerce experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Working in an environment where business processes are being defined as we go.
- Collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Contribute to the achievement of growth and profitability for the eCommerce in assigned platform including distributor management
- Translating overall digital commerce strategy into specific customer business plans
- Deliver excellence in supply, operations, perfect digital activation, perfect digital store and category leadership, to grow ahead of the pet food category.
- Build mutual partnership with customers, e-distributors, and agency partners for sustainable growth.
- Discipline use of data analytics and financial modeling to make fact-based choices.
- Maintain healthy portfolio and pricing according to shopper and channel needs, and within guideline.
