Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide generalist support for full spectrum of HR functions
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities such as liaising with departments on staffing requirements, advertising vacancies, scheduling of interviews, drafting of salary proposals, engage in salary negotiations, handling of paperwork prior to arranging job offers, and onboarding of new hires
- Support in learning and development activities and administration of all training-related claims
- Work closely with HR Manager to roll out HR programmes related to Talent Management work
- Enhance staff engagement and well-being by conducting people opinion survey, facilitating focus group discussion and implementation of staff wellness activities
- Work with schools on internship programmes
- Engage in employer outreach activities for placement programmes
- Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business / Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Have prior experience in rolling out talent management and succession planning programmes
- At least 3 years’ HR experience, preferably within the social service sector
- Experience in using TIMES software will be an advantage
- Independent, resourceful & creativity to analyse issues and develop solutions
- Well organized and a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Preferably candidate who can start immediately or within short notice
