We're looking for a passionate and analytical individual to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Coordinator. In this strategic role, you'll play a vital part in driving SISTIC's growth.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across business development, client relations, data analytics, marketing, product development, legal, and finance. This exposure will broaden your understanding of the industry and provide invaluable experience, while your contributions will directly impact the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Assist in sales-related administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process.
- Support Sales Cycle and Client CRM: Contribute to the management of the sales cycle and maintain our client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare Business Proposals, Tender Submissions, and RFI Responses: Collaborate with the team to create compelling business proposals, tender submissions, and responses to requests for information (RFI) that showcase our solutions and secure new business.
- Liaise with Stakeholders and Legal Team on Contracts: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the legal team to facilitate contract negotiations and agreements.
- Coordinate Cross-Departmental Information Gathering: Gather and harmonize cross-departmental knowledge on new products and services, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Build and Manage Central Depository of Communication Materials: Build and maintain a central repository of communication materials, ensuring easy access and consistent brand messaging.
- Beyond the Basics: Take initiative and tackle additional challenges as they arise, contributing to team success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Recent graduates with relevant skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in sales operations, proposal writing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
