Job Description:
- Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source by identifying market opportunities
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
- Perform full pre and post sales activities
- Preparation of quotations, relevant payment documentations, and other pricing enquiries
- Liaise with multiple business units and working as a team
- Responsible for investigating, resolving queries and implementation of system for customers
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Candidates with sales background experience will be advantageous
- No experience candidates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skill, have a natural disposition towards providing excellent customer service and independent in taking ownership of solving issues
- Good working attitude, strong aptitude for learning and willingness to learn
- Ambitious and sales driven individual
- Ability to perform under stress
- Excellent team player and able to work in multitasking environment
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin as there will be a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience and educational level
