Job Description:
- Main contact window for customer's Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Quality function/excursion handling, include cross function communication to analyze issue, root cause findings & provide solution to resolve the issues.
- Visit customer's site to re-judge defect panels and communicate with Taiwan HQ team for FA reprt.
- Lead and initiate the cross function communication to achieve customer's requirement.
- Work with Taiwan HQ counterpart of field engineering, technical support and project managers to develop solutions, proposals, submittals for production improvement.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Travel to customer's office or factory for meeting.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering, mathematics or statistical related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment, quality handling or engineering support in display industry.
- Excellent communication skill and customer oriented.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Able to travel 75% domestically and 25% abroad.
