SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

The Sales and Business Development Executive will be primarily responsible for growing the business by working closely with the Managing Director and the team for implementation of business plans to increase sales and profits. The candidate should identify profitable business growth opportunities and clients to further develop the eco system within the Centre. Explore and recommend solutions for the Centre building and services to always stay relevant and market competitive. High level negotiation, acquisition, and sales skills will be required.


Job Scope:

  • Full responsibility, including budget responsibility for all customer relations, development, and growth of key customers.
  • Manage leasing renewals with key customers.
  • Monitor current and future vacancies to ensure annual targets are met and occupancy is best maximised.
  • Acquisition and advising of European companies about market entry and business development in the Southeast Asia region.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable sales strategy.
  • Work closely with real estate agents and other partners.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Marketing, networking, and representation of GC and our customers towards external stakeholders.
  • Close collaboration with every team member in the company, to contribute to new business strategiesand increase sales and profits.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and growing the partners’ network.


Requirement :

- Minimum Degree in business administration or in a related field, and you have gained significant practical job experience to succeed in the role of Sales and Business Development.

- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate/ property related industry, preferably in the commercial/ industrial sector- lease negotiation and existing network of contacts.

- German speaking indidviual for German Centre Company as it is needed to communicate with German clients.

- Possess strong customer and service-oriented mind-set with a friendly attitude and excellent negotiation skills.

- Enjoy networking within a cross-cultural environment, and have a good understanding of the local market (Singapore, Southeast Asia).

- Mature personality, can think strategically and work independently.

- Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual with good communication and time management skills.

- Creative innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough issues.

- Excellent time management, organisation, and presentation skills

- Eager to explore new, agile working methods and be able to cope with last minute tasks.
