Senior Executive, HR Employee Services Specialist (1 Yr Contract)

Employee Services & Data Management

  • Oversee the delivery of HR services end to end, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle processes and learning administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection policies and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain service catalogue and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure and improve service performance.


Employee Experience

  • Identify employees’ touchpoints and design a framework to deliver the best-in-class employee experience from hire to retire stage.
  • Investigate and resolve service gaps, HR system issues and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support business expansion and provide innovative solution for complex issues.


Process Optimisation

  • Harmonise and improve operations efficiency through automation and digitisation.
  • Work with Digital and various functions to provide input on technology solutions to improve HR service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains innovative and proactive.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Shared Services or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, HR processes, and shared services best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
