Responsibilities
Assisting Project Planning: Collaborating with the Project Manager to organize daily tasks, execute projects, create project schedules, generate milestone reports, handle submissions, and plan for required manpower.
Technical Specifications and Tendering: Participating in the development of technical specifications, design requirements, and conducting tender site rounds for project works. Assisting in contract management processes.
Project Management: Ensuring effective project management throughout different project phases, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning. Monitoring progress and coordinating tasks to achieve project milestones.
Supervision and Time Management: Overseeing installation engineers, workers, and subcontractors to ensure that their work aligns with the project schedule and is completed within allocated timeframes.
Safety Compliance: Implementing and supervising safety requirements on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers and subcontractors. Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Documentation and Meetings: Reviewing contractor submissions, updating as-built drawings, and attending site meetings and inspections to ensure project alignment and compliance. Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with office staff to resolve queries from customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitating communication and addressing issues that arise during project execution.
Continuous Improvement: Providing suggestions and recommendations for the enhancement of company practices and procedures, contributing to improved efficiency and effectiveness in project management.
Adaptability and Additional Tasks: Being open to performing other duties as assigned by the Project Manager, supporting the smooth running and successful completion of construction projects.
