Job Description
- Project management for data business service delivery, including IEPL/IPLC, IDC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit and etc.
- Manage and provide regular progress update during the project lifecycle for new circuit installation, upgrade, and relocation etc.
- Liaise with customers and vendors to facilitate service requirement to ensure the project progress on schedule
- Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage.
- Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.
- To support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Technical background such as CCNA, CCNP, IP networking skills are preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin as this role needs to liaise with Hong Kong headquarters.
- Singaporeans are highly preferred.
