- Assist sales team to conduct site survey
- Carry out installation and commissioning of products (both hardware & software) sold by Company
- Carry out preventive maintenance and on-site repair services
- Carry out pre-delivery inspection and testing
- Carry out in-house repair
- Carry out site and factory acceptance test
- Provide 7x24 standby for corrective maintenance and technical support.
- Liaise with contractor/consultant/end-user to ensure that the project/installation is carried out on-time and within budget.
- Assist in wiring/ cabling and system integration work
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings
- Perform other duties as assigned
