- Involve in developing and planning of leasing strategies for various classes of property of the Company
- Involve in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for properties of the Company
- Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and sales (when applicable)
- Responsible for all tenancy management activities for the Company
- Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with local authorities and building standards and requirements
- Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company
- Prepare monthly tenancy management reports
- Attend and resolve feedback and/or complaints from tenant(s) and/or public on the properties
- Other duties as assigned by Director
