Job Description
As a Head of IT , you will be responsible for:
- Strategy and Compliance:Devise IT strategy, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Coordinate with Head Office stakeholders for deployment.
- IT Operations Management:Manage MISYS applications, network equipment, and resolve issues.
Procure and manage IT inventory.
- IT Project Management:Lead project implementation, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
- People Management:Allocate responsibilities, provide coaching to the IT team.
- BCM and Disaster Recovery:Update BCP and DRP, conduct regular drills.
- IT Vendor Management:Develop and manage vendor contracts, liaise for IT purchases and maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Business IT
* At least 10 years of experience in IT management within a corporate setting, preferably in financial institutions
* Essential to have proven experience working in South Asian organizations, serving as the key liaison between the Headquarter and local offices
