Job Description
- Lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform structural work on site.
- In-depth understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
- Oversee structural works, coordinate with client's, consultants and sub-contractors on structural matters.
- Carry out work scheduling, project supervision and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to mitigate construction project risks.
- Other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years’ of related working experience in structural site site management.
- Able to lead a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
