Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of the firm’s enterprise risk management framework.
- Ensuring that inherent and residual risks are identified, tracked, monitored, and addressed in an effective and coherent manner.
- Reviewing of internal risk management controls and development of appropriate risk treatment plans to respond to the risks adequately and effectively
- Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments: documentation of key risks and controls and development of action plans to remediate control gaps
- Establish and consistently evaluate Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) while examining the impact of global and local risk events and developments on the business's risk landscape
- Design and execute reports to measure success and performance of initiatives
- Formulate and implement work planning tools throughout the business
- Create guidelines and manuals for the initiation of the yearly departmental work planning exercise
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT departments to assess plans and ready them for management's approval
- Assist in the development of workplans
Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management / corporate planning
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to create dashboards using PowerBI is a plus
