Our client is an award-winning bakery selling halal muffin looking for an events executive to manage their Pop-Up Stalls all over Singapore.
- Salary : up to $2500 (Depending on experience)
- Location : One-North (2 Minutes walk from MRT)
- Transportation claimable
- 5 days work week, 10.30am to 7.30pm
Responsibilities:
Pop-Up Stall Sales:
• Organise and execution of all pop-up booth events, including setting up and tearing down
• Responsible for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule
• Responsible for planning of manpower and event staff
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plan
• Source and survey new sites suitable for pop-up booth locations
Live Sales:
• Managed live sales app and ensure payment is done
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Informed kitchen operations team on the confirmed order
• Arrange Lalamove booking
• Generate the daily report for finance team update
• Support general administration and operations
• Ad hoc or follow up duties as and when assigned by the superior
Requirements :
• Responsible team player
• Proficiency in Excel
• Able to multitask and handle pressure
• Sales driven
