As store leader, you will also be in charge of:
- The complete renewal of the concept in order to make our vision concrete and test new store concepts to inspire other stores in SG.
- The coordination between our commercial back office teams and your teammates on the shop floor to test and develop new way to learn our retail jobs and boost our retail attractiveness and pleasure at work.
- To nurture other store leaders of the network with your skills and behaviors related to business unit management.
Your will work daily in close contact with our leading team and back office support teammates. Your direct manager will be the commercial leader of DECATHLON SINGAPORE.
Job Requirements:
- Develop the commercial dynamism on every channel, offline & online.
- Analyse the sport(s) market the catchment area/zone
- Build and promote the local omni-channel offer.
- Forecast and analyse the performance of the offer.
- Interact with the sports community on every channel.
- Anticipate the activity by setting up actions to develop turnover/sales.
- Develop the economic performance (P&L) of the sports.
- Decide and commit on the store's most ambitious 3-Year Value Creation Road-Map and Target.
- Responsible for the safety of teammates, security and crisis management.
- Recruit and develop the team and their skills.
- Ensure personnel management is compliant.
