We are working with a gaming start-up backed by tier one VCs and gaming companies. They have riased over 20M and has achieved very strong P&L over the past few years. They are now actively expanding its tech team and is looking for a DevOps to be part of their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the initialization, monitoring, maintenance, change migration, and troubleshooting of server systems, databases, and commonly used support software.
- Handle business deployment, version updates, releases, and quality follow-ups.
- Manage server planning, monitoring, data backup, log analysis, and performance tuning.
- Handle overseas network troubleshooting, optimization, dynamic acceleration, and network quality assessment.
- Research and implement relevant operations and maintenance technologies, develop operation and maintenance technical solutions based on requirements, build operation and maintenance automation tools, improve system architecture, and enhance system stability.
- Communicate with projects on a daily basis, receive, evaluate, and address operational requirements from project teams.
- Build and manage internal account systems, release systems, and continuous integration systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in operations and maintenance of overseas mobile app products, preferably in social networking.
- Familiarity with major overseas cloud service providers such as Akamai, Cloudflare, AWS, GCP, with at least AWS platform operations and maintenance experience.
- Familiar with the configuration and usage of overseas network products, such as global acceleration, dynamic acceleration, and security protection.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as bash/python/go, for building operational platforms and tools through automation.
- Familiar with the setup and tools of CI/CD processes (Jenkins pipeline, Git, Maven), and experienced in automation operations with Ansible/SaltStack.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, a certain level of technical sensitivity, good learning ability, and a meticulous and dedicated work ethic.
