Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with stakeholders across the region, including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Facility Management and building landlords.
- Aid in strategic planning for the facilities team, managing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ensure effective communication with Japan HQ and regional representatives, facilitating data collection and coordinating key activity plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and workplace experience.
- Research, analyze, and report on budgets, collaborating with team members to address financial issues.
- Contribute to facility-specific cost savings targets for substantial overall savings.
- Assist in operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, and purchasing.
- Provide support for Management, Operations, and Financial audits.
- Report on facility-related projects and updates to Japan HQ as needed.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, M&E, Property, Facilities Management, or Engineering-related disciplines.
- 3-5 years' experience in CMMS tools and project management.
- Interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication.
- Proven ability in project management and handling operational matters.
- Capacity to interpret commercial contracts and address complex problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working on extended office hours on occasional basis when required (events).
