Admin and Finance Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office management support
- Assist with financial tasks and duties
- Record keeping and documentation
- Working collaboratively with other team members to optimize office operations for efficiency
- To support Management Team on administratve tasks when required
- Perform any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Finance
- 1-2 years of working experience in office administration. Fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well with management and staff of all levels
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
