Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office management support
  • Assist with financial tasks and duties
  • Record keeping and documentation
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to optimize office operations for efficiency
  • To support Management Team on administratve tasks when required
  • Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Finance
  • 1-2 years of working experience in office administration. Fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with management and staff of all levels
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
