· Checking students in and out of lessons and therapy sessions
· Taking temperature during check in and before check out
· Step in as teachers assistants when needed (relief teaching assistant)
· Assist teachers and therapists where you are needed, including toileting and diapering for children
· Monitor office inventory levels and raise purchase request to Head of Operations if procurement is required.
· Assist Therapists in cleaning up and tidying materials after sessions or classes
· Daily maintenance of Therapy Centre e.g. simple wiping down of toys and racks, clearing bins
· Assist with answering enquiries
· Other jobs as assigned by Head of Operations / Clinical Director
· Work in a multi-disciplinary team of SPED Teachers and Therapists
· 8.30am – 1pm weekdays
