A Day in the Life
• Perform Project Management
• Prepare BOQs, manage project budgets and ensure healthy profit margins
• Prepare tender submission and proposal
• Provide client servicing, including and not limited to sales conversion
• Liaise with clients and brief designers on project requirements
• Check design and technical drawings
• Deliver client presentations
• Brief and manage suppliers, negotiate and ensure the delivery of project
• Plan and manage project schedule
• Carry out site management
• Conduct quality inspections on fabrications at suppliers’ factory and on-site
• Liaise with clients on feedback and variation orders
• Handle project administration and documentation, including PE endorsements, authority approvals, purchase orders, payment requisitions and invoicing
• Prepare progress and project reports
• Follow up with clients for payment
• Conduct toolbox, progress and post-mortem meetings
• Manage dispute resolution with suppliers or team
Who We Are Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering/M&E Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferably in construction or thematic & museum
• Good knowledge in every operational and technical aspects
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task
• Able thrive in a fast paced environment
